Submit the form below, indicating your intention to enroll in the next available term.
You will be contacted by a member of our team at the email you provide below in advance of the registration period for the next term.
If you are still unable to begin your program, you may request another deferral. You will be allowed no more than three deferral requests before your acceptance is canceled, as your acceptance is only valid for one year.
If you do not enroll as expected and you do not submit an updated deferral request, your acceptance will be canceled. Should you decide to return at a later date, you will need to reapply.
